Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 6, 2026

Information We Collect

When you contact us through our website, phone, or social media, we may collect:

  • Your name and contact information (phone number, email address)
  • Your dog's name, breed, age, and health information relevant to grooming
  • Your preferred grooming services and scheduling preferences
  • Any photos you share of your dog for grooming reference

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Schedule and provide grooming services for your dog
  • Communicate with you about appointments and services
  • Keep records of your dog's grooming history and preferences
  • Send appointment reminders (if you opt in)
  • Respond to your inquiries and requests

Information Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We will never share your information except:

  • When required by law or legal process
  • To protect the safety of your pet or others
  • With your explicit consent

Website Analytics and Advertising

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to understand how visitors use our site and to measure our advertising.

We advertise on Facebook and Instagram, and the site loads the Meta Pixel (dataset 2003794903627458), a script operated by Meta Platforms, Inc. It records the pages you view, the page you came from, your IP address, your browser and device type, and sets cookies in your browser. If you click through to our booking page, it records that a booking was started. Meta may use this to show you our ads later, and processes it as an independent company under its own policy at facebook.com/privacy/policy.

If you enter contact details in a form on this site, Meta's Advanced Matching feature converts them into a scrambled code before sending, so Meta can tell whether you already have an account with them. We never send your dog's details or anything about your appointments.

Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion tracking and Microsoft Clarity load only if you accept the cookie notice, which is why its button reads "Decline analytics". The Meta Pixel is separate and loads on every visit; the opt-outs below are how you stop it.

To stop the Meta Pixel, adjust your settings at facebook.com/adpreferences/ad_settings, block cookies for this site, or use any browser tracking protection or content blocker. Nothing on this site stops working if you do.

Photos and Social Media

With your permission, we may share before-and-after grooming photos on our social media pages (Facebook, Google Business Profile). We will always ask for your consent before posting any photos of your dog. You may request removal of any photos at any time.

Data Security

We take reasonable precautions to protect your personal information. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Request access to the personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your personal information
  • Opt out of any marketing communications

Children's Privacy

Our services are directed at pet owners. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
